Bryan persyn

Bryan Persyn was raised in the close-knit Belgian and Alsatian farming community of Castroville, Texas. In the mid 1800s, his family immigrated from Europe and became some of the original founders of Castroville. Growing up surrounded by farmland, Bryan developed a deep love for the land and a strong appreciation for the hard work that came with farm and ranch life. With parents who were high school sweethearts at St. Louis High School, Castroville was always home; no matter where life took him. 

After his father graduated from St. Mary’s University, and joined the Army, Bryan’s family began moving frequently. Though relocation was difficult at the time, those experiences later became a source of adaptability and broader perspective. 

Bryan earned his degree in Finance from Texas State University and has since built a career spanning multiple industries. From finance and banking to technology, oil and gas, construction and real estate.  He has helped build and grow businesses across the country. His diverse background has not only given him a deep understanding of what it takes to bring an idea to life.  It has also helped him develop a strong national network of professional relationships.

Bryan believes the world is always evolving toward something greater. With that mindset, he brings passion, insight, and strategic experience to his role at Harzheim Properties.  For anyone ready to explore new possibilities in real estate, working with Bryan just makes sense.
